Sega Ages 2500 Series Vol. 5: Golden Axe (セガエイジス2500シリーズ Vol.5 ゴールデンアックス) is a side-scrolling, beat 'em up, hack and slash arcade video game developed by SIMS and released in 2003 for the Sony PlayStation 2 in Japan only. It is a remake of the original Golden Axe.

This game is a low-budget, 3D remake of the original game. It more or less emulates the gameplay of the original and follows the same levels, though new enemies have been added while the bonus levels after each level have been cut. Besides the use of 3D graphics, this game also adds cutscenes between levels and uses an arranged soundtrack.
